The suite features eight production-ready AI agents, each tailored to a core HR function—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, learning and development, and exit processes. Each agent integrates with internal HR systems, ensuring seamless onboarding and immediate impact. Notable tools include the AI Hiring Assistant, which shortlists candidates using role-specific parameters; the Resume Assistant, which matches applicants to job criteria; and the HR Helpdesk Agent, which manages frequent queries about policies and benefits.
Other agents focus on key employee lifecycle stages: the Performance Review Agent ensures structured, unbiased evaluation processes, while the ESAT Survey Agent tracks employee satisfaction and flags potential issues. The Exit Interview Agent captures feedback from departing staff, helping improve retention strategies. Meanwhile, the Job Description Generator and Learning & Development Agent assist with role clarity and personalized upskilling.
Crucially, all agents are designed with built-in audit trails, offering transparency and accountability for decisions—especially valuable for organizations in regulated sectors.
