PrismHR Names Michael DeLessio as President

PrismHR has promoted Michael DeLessio to President, effective July 2, as the HR technology provider strengthens its leadership team to support continued growth and accelerate AI-driven innovation. A part of Vensure Employer Solutions, PrismHR serves HR service providers across the United States with workforce management and HR software solutions.

DeLessio joined PrismHR in 2013 and most recently served as Chief Administration Officer and Chief of Staff, where he worked closely with executive leadership to align enterprise initiatives and execute key strategic priorities. Over more than a decade with the company, he has played a significant role in improving operational performance, enhancing client experience, and supporting business expansion.

Bringing over 20 years of leadership experience, DeLessio has managed professional services, customer support, and large-scale transformation programs across global enterprise software organizations. Before joining PrismHR, he held leadership positions at Bullhorn, MicroStrategy, and KANA Software, leading teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Throughout his tenure at PrismHR, DeLessio has also served as Chief Digital Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Support. His leadership has focused on building cross-functional collaboration, scaling high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and improving service delivery for customers.

DeLessio succeeds Kevin Andrews, who has transitioned to the role of Strategic Advisor and Chief AI and Transformation Officer at the board level, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing AI capabilities while continuing to deliver value for clients.
