Trulioo has been recognized as one of British Columbia’s Top Employers for the second year in a row, reinforcing its reputation as a leading workplace within the province’s technology sector. The announcement comes alongside the appointment of Jana Hill as chief people officer, a newly elevated executive role that underscores the company’s continued focus on talent and culture as it expands globally.

The annual BC’s Top Employers program highlights organizations that set the standard for workplace excellence across the province. Trulioo was acknowledged for its commitment to employee development, forward-thinking vacation and personal leave policies, and family-friendly programs that promote flexibility, inclusion, and overall wellbeing. The recognition reflects the company’s dual role as both a global identity verification and fraud prevention platform and a key contributor to British Columbia’s growing tech ecosystem.

“This BC Top Employer recognition reinforces the strength of our culture and the leadership choices we make every day,” said Vicky Bindra, Trulioo CEO. “As a Canadian-founded company with deep roots in British Columbia, we’re proud to contribute to the growth of the local tech ecosystem while building a global platform. Our people are our competitive advantage, and we remain deeply committed to creating a workplace where teams can thrive, grow and make meaningful impact.”
