ProLiant Expands Employee Navigator Partnership to Enhance Benefits Management

Share

Payroll and human capital management (HCM) solutions provider ProLiant has expanded its strategic relationship with Employee Navigator by becoming an official licensee, making it the sole HCM provider authorized to deliver the platform directly to clients. Building upon nearly ten years of integration which includes robust two-way API connectivity and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities this licensing arrangement allows employers who lack a benefits broker to access Employee Navigator straight through ProLiant. Importantly, the expanded model is structured to complement rather than displace benefits brokers: broker-owned accounts remain strictly broker-led, with ProLiant supplying supplemental operational capacity, coordination, and technical troubleshooting to help agencies navigate open enrollment peaks, staffing constraints, and evolving client requirements. Highlighting the collaborative strategy behind the licensing agreement, Adam Clayton, CFO at ProLiant, stated:

Becoming an Employee Navigator licensee gives our clients and broker partners another way to access the technology and support they need. Our goal is to strengthen the broker relationship while creating more flexibility and continuity for shared clients.” Underscoring how the model protects broker agency while improving overall administrative ease, George Reese, CEO of Employee Navigator, added: “ProLiant has been a trusted Employee Navigator integration partner for nearly a decade and our payroll integration has grown considerably together. This expansion gives brokers and employers more flexibility during open enrollment without changing who’s in the driver’s seat. Broker-owned accounts remain broker-led; ProLiant simply provides extra capacity when it’s needed. That’s the goal here: making benefits administration easier for everyone.” Ultimately, this partnership provides a unified, flexible framework that streamlines benefits administration for brokers, employers, and employees alike.
