Building upon nearly ten years of integration which includes robust two-way API connectivity and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities this licensing arrangement allows employers who lack a benefits broker to access Employee Navigator straight through ProLiant. Importantly, the expanded model is structured to complement rather than displace benefits brokers: broker-owned accounts remain strictly broker-led, with ProLiant supplying supplemental operational capacity, coordination, and technical troubleshooting to help agencies navigate open enrollment peaks, staffing constraints, and evolving client requirements.
