TriNet has announced a deal to acquire Cocoon, a top leave management tech provider. This move aims to boost TriNet’s HR solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. The acquisition will enhance TriNet’s leave of absence (LOA) capabilities. It will use Cocoon’s compliance-first platform. This platform features automated workflows, real-time leave tracking, and simple claims management. The new solution will improve employer administration and employee experience. It also addresses the increasing complexity of leave regulations.
