Truemed has announced a strategic partnership with RokketMed to improve access to affordable, convenient healthcare interventions for hourly and frontline workers. The collaboration brings Truemed’s clinical eligibility and compliance directly into the RokketMed member experience. This lets eligible workers use HSA, FSA, or HRA funds for necessary health interventions when needed. The partnership tackles ongoing issues that hourly employees face. These include upfront costs, complex reimbursements, and time limits that delay care. The initiative helps workers in hospitality, retail, home healthcare, and food service by making access easier.

This collaboration also benefits employers, especially those under the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance. It turns required healthcare contributions into real benefits. This helps improve engagement and retention in high-turnover jobs. Justin Mares, CEO of Truemed, said, “This partnership with RokketMed addresses what’s missing in healthcare today: reliable access for those who need it most.” Tracy Baldwin, Founder and CEO of RokketMed, added, “Partnering with Truemed allows us to expand access to functional medicine and other interventions in a way that is compliant, straightforward, and genuinely health-promoting.”
