Viventium has acquired Apploi to build a national human capital management (HCM) platform. This platform is focused on post-acute and long-term care providers. It combines recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, payroll, and workforce management into one system. This system is designed for healthcare compliance. This acquisition tackles ongoing labor shortages and complex regulations. These issues have led providers to use disconnected tools, causing inefficiencies and data silos.

By merging Apploi’s recruiting and credentialing features with Viventium’s payroll and HR management, the goal is to support the entire employee lifecycle in all 50 states. “Healthcare leaders are tired of fighting with fractured systems that weren’t built for their specific needs,” said Navin Gupta, CEO of Viventium. “By acquiring Apploi, we are creating the only scaled, healthcare-native platform that unifies everything from the first job application to the final paycheck.” Adam Lewis, CEO of Apploi, added, “Our mission has always been to solve the staffing crisis in healthcare.”
