As part of the collaboration, Tanner Health is deploying Worki’s Career Amplifier, a solution that delivers personalized career guidance at scale using AI-enabled intake, session preparation, and follow-up planning. The deployment marks the first live use of Worki’s AI Workforce Unifying Infrastructure. This system connects workforce data from HR, learning, scheduling, credentialing, and management systems.

It gives actionable insights and reduces operational fragmentation. The platform also helps employees adapt to workplace changes.
