zvoove Group has acquired profitask, a Germany-based provider of managed payroll administration and outsourced sales services for temporary staffing companies, in a move aimed at strengthening its business process outsourcing and AI-driven staffing solutions portfolio. Through the acquisition, zvoove is bringing critical payroll services in-house, enabling customers to access integrated support for payroll processing, collective agreement management, invoicing, equal-pay calculations, and order management directly within the zvoove ecosystem. The deal also introduces outsourced sales capabilities to zvoove’s offerings, allowing staffing firms to leverage services such as lead generation, appointment setting, candidate profile selling, and database management without increasing internal headcount.
