Unlike generic AI integrations, Employ’s Companions are embedded directly within applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, Jobvite, and JazzHR. Each AI Companion is purpose-built to optimize specific stages of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, enabling recruiters to operate more efficiently while maintaining human oversight.
The AI Interview Companion improves interview quality by automating intake summaries and guiding interviewers with contextual prompts, while Talent Fit analyzes and ranks candidates in real time, offering clear, AI-driven insights into fit. Another standout, Smart Screening, delivers pre-qualified, top-ranked applicants with scores and transcripts—reducing manual screening by up to 40% through partnerships with LinkedIn and VONQ CPA+.
