Onward Search, a specialized staffing and talent solutions provider, has promoted Kim Shatzer to President. In her new role, Shatzer will oversee the company’s growth and revenue strategies, as well as lead all client- and candidate-facing operations, including sales, account management, and talent delivery.
Shatzer brings over 13 years of leadership experience at Onward Search to the presidency. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and has previously held key executive roles spanning sales, delivery, and learning and development. Throughout her tenure, Shatzer has specialized in helping Fortune 1000 and enterprise organizations build high-performing teams across creative, marketing, digital, technology, and gaming sectors. In 2023, she was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for her influence and leadership in the industry.
The executive promotion comes at a pivotal time for the workforce solutions sector, as enterprises increasingly integrate artificial intelligence across hiring, talent acquisition, and software workflows.
