ScanSource has named Michael Webb as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, reinforcing its focus on strengthening organizational culture and talent strategy as part of its long-term growth plans.
Webb brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources leadership and organizational development across both public and private enterprises. His background includes extensive work in scaling global organizations and leading transformation initiatives, positioning him to support ScanSource’s evolving workforce needs.
In his new role, Webb will oversee the company’s People & Culture function, with responsibility for advancing talent acquisition, compensation strategies, and employee engagement initiatives. He will collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine workforce planning, enhance leadership development, and strengthen succession strategies. His mandate also includes driving programs that foster employee growth, improve organizational effectiveness, and align culture with business objectives.

Prior to joining ScanSource, Webb held senior leadership roles at global financial institutions including HSBC and Morgan Stanley. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Rogers Corporation, where he led human resources along with corporate strategy and development initiatives.
