Stanley Consultants Appoints Lisa Miller as Chief Human Resources Officer

Stanley Consultants, a global engineering firm, has named Lisa Miller as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.

Miller brings more than 15 years of strategic HR leadership at a Fortune 500 company, where she was instrumental in leading organizational transformation, talent development, and large-scale business restructuring initiatives.

In her new role, Miller will oversee Stanley’s global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring alignment with the firm’s business goals. She will also focus on leadership development, employee engagement, and comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.

Miller holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Calgary. She is also a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management. She will report directly to Harris from the company’s Broomfield office.
