Sunbit has appointed Britt Provost as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy as it continues to expand its operations. The appointment brings an experienced HR executive to the financial technology company at a time when it is investing in leadership, talent, and organizational development to support long-term growth.
In her new role, Provost will oversee Sunbit’s global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She will also be responsible for helping the company attract, develop, and retain talent while aligning workforce initiatives with broader business objectives.
Provost joins Sunbit with more than 20 years of experience leading HR functions across fast-growing technology organizations. Her career includes guiding businesses through significant transformation initiatives such as initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and large-scale organizational change.

Before joining Sunbit, Provost served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Siteimprove. She also held senior HR leadership positions at Accolade, Apptio, and Avanade, where she played a key role in scaling organizations across public, private, and venture-backed environments. Notably, she contributed to the successful IPOs of Apptio and Accolade, helping align people strategies with periods of rapid business expansion.
