Each year, Vivian analyzes over one million job searches and 2.7 million job applications. It combines smart job matching with clear pay insights and healthcare-specific needs like licenses, certifications, and skills. This helps connect professionals to the best opportunities from over 250,000 listings.

As the healthcare sector faces workforce shortages and demands for flexible work, Vivian’s innovation breaks down recruitment barriers. The AI Assistant is available 24/7 for engagement. It offers instant responses, real-time candidate screenings, and ongoing communication. This happens even outside regular business hours, when more than half of healthcare applications are submitted. Overall, this speeds up placements and promotes balanced careers for clinicians.
