TalentLMS has announced a new partnership with compliance training provider EasyLlama that introduces an entirely native, fully integrated U.S. HR Compliance Bundle. This will make it easier for organizations to handle regulatory training. The collaboration brings 13 essential compliance categories and 74 localized or role-specific course versions into the TalentLMS platform, thereby giving businesses one streamlined solution for meeting all of their respective federal and state training requirements.
The expanded offering comes when HR teams are increasingly under pressure to navigate changing regulations while maintaining a strong culture in the workplace. This bundle covers a wide spectrum of required topics, including harassment prevention, prevention of workplace violence, HIPAA, CCPA, ADA, and FMLA, among others, in an effort to cover major compliance needs for states such as California, New York, and Illinois.
“This integration means HR teams can meet the compliance requirements of the U.S. with training that’s reliable, accessible, and built for scale,” said Elena Goulas, Head of Content Library at TalentLMS. “With the addition of EasyLlama’s trusted content to TalentLMS, we enable organizations to protect their people and stay ahead of regulatory demands.”

The partnership marks the commitment from both companies toward raising the quality and experience of compliance training to be more accessible and centered around people. “Together with TalentLMS, we’re making it easier than ever for organizations to stay compliant while supporting their teams with training that’s engaging, effective, and always up to date,” said Samuel Devyver, CEO & Co-Founder of EasyLlama. “This collaboration amplifies our mission to empower companies with the solutions they need to create safer, more productive workplaces.”
The new bundle in the TalentLMS Course Store uses a license-based subscription model. This lets organizations buy only the licenses they need. TalentLMS will continue to expand its Course Store with more compliance titles to help customers ensure their compliance in the U.S. and around the world.
