Global outsourcing provider Emapta has launched an expanded, free AI course curriculum. This aims to prepare its workforce for the growing demand for AI-ready talent. The initiative is offered through Emapta Academy and provides tailored training to over 12,000 employees. More organizations are turning to outsourcing to boost their AI strategies.
The move aligns with broader market trends. Recent research shows that about 44% of companies are expanding outsourcing to access AI tools, advanced data, and specialized skills. As AI adoption speeds up, workforce preparation has become a key priority, not just a future goal.
Through Emapta Academy, employees can access tailored, role-based learning paths that support client needs across different industries. The curriculum spans both foundational and advanced AI topics, from practical applications such as “Tools of the Trade – AI for Daily Accounting Tasks” to broader modules covering AI readiness and ethical AI practices. The program is intended to ensure employees can apply AI responsibly and effectively within their areas of expertise.

There has been growing concern across the industry that outsourced workforces risk being left behind amid rapid AI-driven change. “We offer these courses to equip our employees with skills to leverage rapidly evolving technologies and gain essential AI literacy,” said Natalie Davies, Global Head of People & Experience at Emapta. “Our commitment is to ensure that our employees have mastery of the relevant AI skills in their respective areas of expertise and can apply AI in a meaningful way to add value to their client’s operations.”
Emapta’s survey reveals that more than two-thirds of organizations assess outsourcing partners based on their AI skills. This includes their tools, talent, and experience. Additionally, 24 percent of companies are moving outsourced roles to emphasize AI-driven tasks. These tasks include analytics, customer experience, marketing personalization, and data governance. Emapta already provides specialized talent in these areas.
Emapta integrates continuous reskilling and upskilling into the employee lifecycle. This helps its workforce adapt as AI changes job roles. Davies noted that the AI Academy offers many training options. This makes Emapta one of the most innovative programs in outsourcing. This enables employees to move beyond routine tasks and deliver higher-value, strategic results for clients.
