Share

TraineryXChange has established a new content partnership with BizLibrary to extend access to AI training programs to the enterprise workforce, as more organizations try to become AI ready and reskill their workforce. In the coming weeks, the partnership will bring on a wider selection of AI learning material via the TraineryXChange platform.

The new courses are designed to better enable companies to develop their employees’ skills with usable AI techniques while encouraging wider workforce development efforts.

The partnership strengthens TraineryXChange’s existing catalog of HR, management, compliance, health and safety, and industry-specific training resources. The company said the expanded AI curriculum is designed to address growing demand for accessible and scalable learning solutions as AI adoption accelerates across industries.

“We are extremely pleased to partner with BizLibrary to enhance the delivery of exceptional learning content, including our focus on artificial intelligence training,” said Mahesh Kumar, Founder and Managing Director of TraineryHCM. “This partnership gives us the opportunity to expand our offerings and support even more of our clients’ learners with the skills they need to succeed in today’s rapidly changing workplace.”

TraineryXChange aims to simplify corporate training by reducing content fragmentation and streamlining deployment through a unified learning ecosystem. Organizations can either use the platform’s built-in learning management system or integrate the training content directly into existing LMS environments using LTI technology, allowing companies to avoid complex migrations or additional engineering work.

For organizations that do not currently have a LMS in use, the organization supplies a fully integrated enterprise-ready platform which people say is able to be installed within 24 hours.

The company explained that this collaboration helped its overall mission of enabling businesses and organizations to equip their workers with the skills necessary to meet the changing needs of the workplace and the workforce.

“We’re excited about this content partnership with TraineryXChange,” said Josh Burt, Head of Partnerships and Alliances at BizLibrary. “Collaborative partnerships allow us to deliver even more specialized training content to meet evolving market needs. Trainery’s commitment to helping organizations invest in their people aligns closely with our passion for ensuring employees are equipped with the skills they need for the job today and prepared to take on new challenges tomorrow.”

The expanded offering is part of the broader Trainery learning suite, which combines learning management, coaching, credential management, and instructor-led training tools into a single workforce development platform.
