Employee experience platform Culture Amp announced it is integrating its core system, including Engage and Perform, directly into popular enterprise AI workspaces. Leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectivity, corporate leaders and managers can now securely query Culture Amp intelligence from within ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants without switching applications or logging into separate software portals.
By bringing engagement analytics and performance metrics directly into the daily flow of work, the update infuses essential cultural context into artificial intelligence workflows. The real-time capabilities draw from Culture Amp’s 15 years of proprietary people science benchmarks and more than 1.6 billion organizational data points.
“Most companies measure how their people feel, but very few can tell you whether their culture is actually built to perform,” said Caroline Rawlinson, CEO, Culture Amp. “That’s the question we answer and because culture is never static, now we can answer it continuously, inside the tools leaders already use, instead of in reports that are read once a quarter.”

Contextual Intelligence Delivered into the Flow of Work
Using natural language queries within their primary digital workspaces, team managers can analyze employee survey outcomes, track progress on quarterly goals, and cross-reference performance feedback alongside third-party data sets.
Common operational use cases enabled by the new MCP connection include:
Sentiment Trend Analysis: Summarizing recent team engagement survey responses inside AI interfaces to highlight priority operational areas.
Automated 1:1 Preparation: Extracting action items from transcript logs directly into upcoming manager check-ins to prevent dropped tasks.
Goal Progress Tracking: Reviewing active team key performance indicators (KPIs) and review ratings to track execution across projects.
Cross-Platform HRIS Mapping: Combining survey metrics and 1:1 history with external HRIS data streams to identify broader workforce trends.
“The organizations that treat AI as an amplifier for their people are seeing real results,” said Brian Elliott, future-of-work expert and CEO of Work Forward. “Research by BCG and Columbia University shows that companies focusing on human-centric factors are 7x more likely to realize consistent, positive returns on AI investments. I know from my time at Slack how critical it is to integrate the tools leaders use to manage performance and feedback into the day-to-day work of teams. That’s why it’s great to see Culture Amp integrating its capabilities directly into Claude and ChatGPT.”
Supporting Chief Human Resources Officers in Scaling Leadership
According to Gartner’s Top 3 Priorities for CHROs in 2026 Annual Survey Report, leader and manager development remains a top focus for human resources executives. However, essential workforce insights are often isolated inside annual reviews and siloed administrative platforms. By opening its platform to natural language AI tools, Culture Amp helps enterprises address several core operational priorities:
High-Performance Execution: Connects cultural data directly to decision-making channels, giving leaders the insights required to boost retention, individual performance, and business growth.
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Analyzes employee sentiment, survey trends, and performance signals in real time, helping managers detect burnout, disengagement, and attrition risks before they impact business performance.
Streamlined Organizational Change: Delivers reliable data support to guide leadership through structural reorganizations, AI integration initiatives, and accelerated business growth phases.
