Jennifer brings over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources and organizational development, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and leading strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Digital Infuzion, Jennifer served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Emmes, a global clinical research organization, where she spent 17 years leading transformative initiatives that enhanced employee engagement, streamlined HR operations, and positioned the company as an employer of choice. Under her leadership, Emmes earned multiple workplace excellence awards.

Her leadership will play a pivotal role in aligning Digital Infuzion‘s people strategy with long-term business objectives as the company continues to scale and serve clients.
Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Master’s in Human Resources & Personnel Management from American University.
