Stephen M. Paskoff, ELI’s president and CEO, highlighted the importance of addressing workplace behavior, stating, “With unprecedented levels of incivility in the workplace, organizations need to safeguard their greatest asset—their workers.” He emphasized that fostering a civil workplace not only mitigates legal risks but also enhances innovation, productivity, and financial outcomes. CTX Active Learning offers flexible content delivery—available in-person, virtually, and online—tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of various organizations. ELI will provide an in-depth overview of this new system during a free webcast on Wednesday, April 16, from 1–2 p.m. ET. Interested participants can register for the event through ELI’s website.
