Syncron, a global provider of intelligent aftermarket solutions, has announced the appointment of Bianka Hay-Falk as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, she will oversee the company’s global people and culture strategy, leading initiatives focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce growth. Hay-Falk will report directly to Syncron CEO Josh Weiss and officially assumes the position on July 1, 2026.
As Syncron continues to expand its presence in the aftermarket technology sector, the appointment reflects the company’s commitment to building a high-performance culture that supports innovation, customer success, and long-term business growth.

Hay-Falk joins Syncron from Hexagon AB, where she most recently served as Chief of Staff, HR & Culture Innovation Hub and Director of People & Culture Group. During her nearly five-year tenure, she played a key role in shaping talent and leadership strategies, including the development of an integrated succession planning and talent management framework that aligned workforce planning with leadership readiness.
She also spearheaded the implementation of a global employee engagement platform designed to enhance collaboration, communication, and connectivity across the Innovation Hub organization.

Prior to her time at Hexagon, Hay-Falk built an extensive career at Swarovski in Liechtenstein, where she held a series of leadership roles spanning Master Data Management, Internal Services, Compensation & Benefits, and pension governance. She later advanced to Head of Compensation & Benefits and served as a Board Member of the company’s Pension Fund, gaining deep expertise in workforce strategy, rewards, and organizational management.
Her professional background also includes serving as a Global HR Business Partner at Leica Geosystems, where she partnered with teams across global sales, research and development, and industry-focused business units to support talent and organizational initiatives in complex international environments.
Hay-Falk brings a strong blend of strategic leadership and coaching expertise to her new role. She is a certified business coach and Insights Discovery practitioner, with specialized experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and employee engagement.
Her academic credentials include a Master of Advanced Studies in Organizational Development & Leadership from M/O/T School of Management in Klagenfurt, as well as a Chief Human Resources Officer Certificate from the University of Cambridge – Judge Business School.Fluent in German and English, and proficient in both Swedish and French, Hay-Falk brings a global perspective that aligns with Syncron’s international workforce and customer base.
With her appointment, Syncron further strengthens its executive leadership team as the company continues investing in people, culture, and organizational excellence to support its next phase of growth.
