Visier has appointed Pramukh Jeyathilak as its new Chief People Officer, adding an experienced global human resources executive to its leadership team as organizations rethink workforce strategy amid rapid AI adoption. The appointment is expected to strengthen Visier’s people function and align it closely with the company’s focus on data-driven workforce decisions and business performance.
Jeyathilak brings more than 30 years of experience leading HR strategy and organizational transformation across global enterprises, including the London Stock Exchange Group, Amazon/AWS, Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, and Accenture. Most recently, he served as CEO and Co-Founder of TalentLign, an AI-focused human capital consulting firm specializing in workforce transformation and skills-based organizations.
At Visier, Jeyathilak will help develop a People function grounded in measurable business outcomes and data-informed decision-making. His appointment comes as the company builds on more than 16 years of experience helping enterprise HR leaders connect workforce data with strategic business decisions.

“Visier is primed for the next stage of what organizations can do to transform through people and talent,” said Pramukh. “Winning companies treat HR as a partner that helps the business move forward. My approach has always been simple: initiatives must drive business outcomes, and decisions must be informed by data. Visier is built to enable this exact kind of thinking. I look forward to helping our customers leverage AI to accelerate their transformation and evolve in real-time.”
Jeyathilak has led large-scale initiatives spanning organizational redesign, post-merger integration, digital HR transformation, and skills development across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His leadership philosophy, which he describes as “forward-focused transformation,” centers on preparing organizations for future needs by reshaping culture, modernizing work practices, and removing barriers to growth.
“Pramukh has spent his career at the intersection of people strategy and business performance,” said Ryan Wong, CEO of Visier. “He asks the same two questions we ask ourselves every day: Who is your customer, and what are you solving for? That orientation, combined with his depth of experience scaling organizations, makes him the right leader to build the People function we need for our next chapter as we support the world’s most successful enterprise organizations as they take on AI transformation.”
Beyond his corporate leadership, Jeyathilak serves on the advisory board of Purdue Daniels School of Business and mentors emerging HR professionals through the DECA program. His appointment reinforces Visier’s broader focus on connecting people strategy, AI, and the future of work.
