Through this collaboration, Etech employees will gain access to Chime Workplace, a comprehensive, fee-free financial wellness platform designed to support long-term financial health.
The suite offers a range of tools including on-demand earned wage access, a high-yield savings account with an APY nine times the national average, and credit-building support via Chime’s secured credit card. By consolidating these resources into one no-cost platform, Chime Workplace aims to help employees improve savings, credit, and overall financial resilience.
With only 30% of U.S. workers reporting strong financial health, employers are increasingly turning to integrated solutions. Chime already serves 8.7 million members, with 97% saying the platform has helped them make progress toward financial goals. For employers, Chime Workplace also provides real-time insights into workforce financial well-being through its dedicated portal.

Etech selected Chime over traditional point solutions, citing its comprehensive features, seamless integration, and fee-free model. Many employees were already familiar with Chime, ensuring strong engagement from the outset.
