Achievers Launches “Learn & Recognize” App Through Workday Partnership to Bridge Skills Gaps

Achievers, a leading provider of employee recognition and rewards software, has expanded its collaboration with Workday by launching Learn & Recognize, a new app built through the Built on Workday program. The solution is designed to help organizations identify workforce skill gaps, incentivize professional development, and enhance internal mobility.

The app integrates Achievers’ recognition and rewards platform with Workday Learning, enabling companies to track skills acquisition and reward employees for completing training. By combining recognition with learning, Achievers aims to boost workforce agility and support smarter talent strategies.

According to Achievers Workforce Institute, half of HR leaders struggle to quickly identify employees with priority skills, while only 24% of workers believe their companies offer strong internal mobility programs. Learn & Recognize directly addresses these challenges by incentivizing training, driving awareness of learning opportunities, and embedding recognition into daily workflows.
