Sinch Names Lindy Puttkammer as Chief Human Resources Officer

Sinch AB (publ) announced the appointment of Lindy Puttkammer as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 1, 2026. She will report directly to CEO Laurinda Pang.

Puttkammer joined Sinch in 2024 as Head of HR Americas and has most recently overseen the company’s global Compensation and Benefits function. Her extensive experience includes over a decade at Lumen Technologies, where she held senior leadership positions such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Human Resources. She earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a specialization in HR Studies from Colorado State University.

Puttkammer succeeds Christina Raaschou, who will leave Sinch at the end of February 2026 to pursue a new professional opportunity. Raaschou has served as CHRO for four years, during which she played a pivotal role in integrating acquisitions and shaping the company’s culture and people strategy.
