Judi Health, the enterprise health technology company and parent of transparent pharmacy benefit manager Capital Rx, has named Sara Bunn as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bunn brings nearly 20 years of HR and operational experience, most recently serving as Executive Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she led workforce operations, talent deployment, and organizational initiatives across six offices.
In her new role, Bunn will oversee Judi Health’s comprehensive people strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, workforce development, and corporate culture. She will also play a key role in modernizing the company’s HR infrastructure to support its rapid national growth and scaling of its proprietary enterprise health platform, Judi®.

Bunn joins Judi Health following a pivotal $400 million investment and Series F funding round, as demand rises for transparent, technology-driven pharmacy and health benefit solutions. The company’s workforce has tripled since early 2024, with new offices recently opened in Denver and Charlotte. Judi Health is actively recruiting healthcare professionals, engineers, developers, product and marketing specialists, and client support staff to meet its expanding service needs.
