The O’Connor Group Names Meghan Popoleo as President

The O’Connor Group, a leading HR outsourcing and recruitment firm, has appointed Meghan Popoleo as President, positioning her to lead strategic initiatives aimed at business growth, employee engagement, and retention. Founder Marcia Zaruba O’Connor remains CEO, focusing on expanding the firm’s growth opportunities and community impact.

Popoleo has been integral to The O’Connor Group’s evolution, rising through multiple roles, most recently as Vice President of Growth. In that capacity, she strengthened client engagement and drove sales and marketing initiatives, demonstrating how effective people strategies can foster organizational success. Her programs emphasize collaborative cultures, positive work environments, and measurable results.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and actively participates in community initiatives, including Bringing Hope Home, the Women’s Resource Center Board, Shadow Her, and the Forum of Executive Women.
