HireRight, a global provider of background screening and workforce solutions, has appointed Amy Orem as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately. Orem joins HireRight’s executive leadership team at a pivotal stage in the company’s evolution, as it continues to scale its operations and strengthen its organizational foundation.
In her new role, Orem will oversee HireRight’s global human resources strategy, with a mandate to support business transformation, enable sustainable growth, and further develop the company’s culture. She brings more than 30 years of experience leading organizations through change, aligning people strategies with business priorities, and building high-performing teams.
Prior to joining HireRight, Orem served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Asurion, where she guided the HR function through multiple large-scale transformation initiatives. Her background also includes nearly 12 years leading Asurion’s global Supply Chain organization, giving her a unique blend of operational and HR leadership experience.
