Paylocity has acquired Grayscale Labs, an artificial intelligence-powered recruiting automation firm, in order to expand its strengths in volume recruiting as well as speed up talent acquisition processes. This acquisition helps the company address the increasing challenges that recruitment faces where fast response, efficiency, and candidate satisfaction are very important and failure to act on time can result in candidates dropping out. Through adopting Grayscale’s technology, Paylocity hopes to make it possible for organizations to reach out to candidates faster, simplify the recruiting process and keep things moving while retaining full decision-making authority in the hands of recruiters.
