Decusoft has made significant improvements to its Compose platform, announcing the launch of two AI-powered capabilities, Compose Insights and Predictive Compensation, which are set to revolutionize the way organizations approach and optimize their compensation processes.
Compensation processes have typically involved backward-looking data and manual processes, which may hinder organizational decision-making processes. The latest innovations from Decusoft are set to address this challenge by allowing organizations to instantly understand their data and also make predictions based on future decisions.
Compose Insights is an innovation in the Compose platform that enables HR and finance executives to interact with their compensation data in natural language, allowing them to instantly generate insights such as pay equity analysis, budget modeling, and even compensation outlier identification. The platform operates in the secure environment of Decusoft, which is SOC 2 Type II compliant, ensuring that enterprise data remains safe and is not exposed to the outside world.

This is complemented by the ability of Predictive Compensation to look at the future through its strategy-focused feature. This feature is designed to enable the creation of many different compensation scenarios in real-time, considering factors like employee performance, tenure, geographical considerations, and market data. However, whereas AI models are not always transparent, Decusoft is keen to provide transparency in its models.
The above two features enable the organization to test the impact of the decision on the organization before the decision is implemented. This ensures that the decision is aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
“AI is reshaping every domain of business decision-making, and compensation is no exception. With Compose Insights and Predictive Compensation, we’re giving our customers two powerful, connected tools: one that clarifies the present and one that illuminates the future. Together, they represent a meaningful shift from compensation management as administration to compensation management as strategy.”
