Quantum Health has introduced an expanded solution suite powered by a new agentic AI healthcare platform designed to improve care coordination, strengthen accountability, and deliver more personalized experiences for employers and their employees. Announced from Dublin, Ohio, the launch marks the next stage in the company’s evolution as it combines intelligent automation, clinically validated provider guidance, and human-led care coordination into a unified system.
Agentic AI is different from traditional health-related digital applications since Agentic AI takes the lead rather than reacting to a request. Quantum Health’s solution has intelligent agents that are capable of detecting potential risks before proactively reaching out to perform follow-through actions. Such AI is combined with Care Coordinators as well as clinicians for effective human judgment, advocacy, and empathy when human support is required.
“The traditional healthcare models fail people every day, not because they make bad choices, but because the system gives them no chance to make the right ones. Poor-quality providers, conflicting guidance, and zero coordination create avoidable harm. Our agentic platform changes that by intervening early, steering members to top-performing providers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. When a moment requires judgment, advocacy, or compassion, our Care Coordinators and clinicians step in. This is the accountability and human support the healthcare system has been missing,” said Dayne Williams, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Health.

The new system allows AI agents to engage in a variety of tasks such as the identification of clinical risk prior to the claim occurring, the recommendation of high-quality providers, the organization of appointments, the estimate of the cost of procedures, communication with providers, and resolving issues related to billing and claims.
Alongside the platform, Quantum Health introduced a flexible suite of three solutions. Quantum Signature offers the highest level of clinical integration and return on investment, Quantum Flex allows employers to configure capabilities based on strategy and budget, and Embold Plus provides an accessible entry point with digital guidance and optional human support.
Central to all the offerings is a redesigned member experience that assures continuity from AI-driven guidance through live support. Integrated technology from Embold Health, acquired by Quantum Health in 2025, integrates peer-reviewed, clinically validated insights related to provider quality directly into workflows to improve provider guidance.
The tool uses the power of predictive analytics and smart reporting to help employers understand risk, set priorities, and monitor outcomes. Through the ability to secure collaboration between agents for partners, Quantum Health provides a more interconnected understanding of engagement, outcomes, and costs, turning insight into action.
Combined, the suite of expanded solutions positions Quantum Health as a modern alternative to traditional healthcare navigation models, proactive care, measurable results, and a more human-centered healthcare experience.
