The new dashboard offers real-time insights into relocation progress by summarizing extensive case data—such as expenses, notes, and service metrics—into clear, actionable intelligence. This smart summarization significantly reduces the time HR teams spend tracking each move and helps uncover patterns, policy gaps, and service trends to proactively improve outcomes.

An AI File Comparison Tool further supports operational accuracy by analyzing key documents for consistency and change tracking.
Moxie, now deeply integrated into CapRelo’s Companion and CompanionFlex platforms, has evolved into a virtual relocation consultant. Drawing from personalized move data and real-time updates, it offers employees round-the-clock support—fielding as many as 50 questions per relocation journey, saving thousands of consultant hours annually. CapRelo plans to enhance Moxie’s utility by incorporating local lifestyle guidance, including school ratings, neighborhood suggestions, and commute information.
