WisdomTree Names Beena Joseph Global Head of HR

WisdomTree, Inc., a global financial innovator, announced the appointment of Beena Joseph as Global Head of Human Resources.

Joseph joined WisdomTree in 2014 through the firm’s acquisition of Boost ETP and has since been a driving force in building out the company’s HR function in Europe. Over more than a decade, she has strengthened people practices, partnered with business leaders, and played a central role on WisdomTree’s Global HR Committee, ensuring that human resources remain at the heart of the firm’s growth and culture.

As Global Head of HR, Joseph will report directly to President and COO Jarrett Lilien. In this role, she will oversee WisdomTree’s global human resources strategy, leading initiatives to strengthen company culture, expand training and talent development, and ensure consistent alignment of WisdomTree’s unique ‘work smart’ approach across regions. Joseph will join the U.S. Operating Committee while continuing to serve on the European Executive Management Team, ensuring strong global coordination.
