WRITER Appoints Jevan Soo Lenox as First Chief People Officer to Scale High-Performance, People-First Culture Alongside Rapid Growth

WRITER, the leading agentic AI platform for the enterprise, announced the appointment of Jevan Soo Lenox to the newly-created role of Chief People Officer. The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for WRITER, as adoption of its platform surges among Fortune 500 companies and the company looks to expand the cultural foundation that has powered its growth to date.

A four-time Chief People Officer, Lenox brings over two decades of experience leading employee and cultural operations. He has built and scaled people strategies at high-growth, category-defining companies like Square, Stitch Fix, and Blue Bottle, where his work in employee onboarding and talent development contributed to sustained double-digit growth. Lenox started his career at McKinsey, where he developed the structured, people-first approach that has enabled him to scale teams and cultures with speed and precision.

In this role, Lenox will lead and shape the company’s overall people strategy, focusing on creating initiatives around strategic clarity, employee experience, and strengthening organizational culture. His responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, and increasing employee engagement amid the company’s rapid growth and global expansion, with more than 400 employees across seven offices.
