Harbor has announced its acquisition of UK-based CE Global Partners, a specialist firm in human resources and payroll transformation. This strategic move deepens Harbor’s recently launched Human Capital Management (HCM) Advisory solution line, providing the company with full end-to-end delivery capabilities in workforce modernization, ranging from platform selection through implementation to managed services. The acquisition brings in a specialized team of approximately 35 experts based in Cheshire, expanding Harbor’s geographic footprint and operational bench in the UK, while bridging services across transatlantic professional and enterprise markets. Commenting on the synergy, Harbor CEO Matt Sunderman stated, “Earlier this year we announced that we were building Harbor’s HCM Advisory solution line in direct response to clear market demand for end-to-end workforce modernization.
