Infosys has won a £1.2 billion, 15-year deal with the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) for the Future NHS Workforce Solution. It will replace the existing Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system with a new data-driven solution. The new solution will cover 1.9 million NHS staff in England and Wales, processing over £55 billion each year. The solution is aligned with the NHS 10-Year Health Plan, which is centred on a future-proof workforce.
