NIIT Learning Systems Limited (NIIT MTS), a global leader in Managed Learning Services, has acquired 100% of SweetRush, Inc. SweetRush is known for its award-winning AI-enabled custom learning design and strategic training solutions. This acquisition was completed through NIIT MTS’ subsidiary, NIIT (USA), Inc. The deal is worth up to USD 26 million, including performance-based earnouts over five years. Founded in 2001 and based in San Francisco, SweetRush has over 100 team members. They also have a strong delivery presence in the U.S. and Costa Rica.

This merger combines SweetRush’s human-centered, AI-driven learning design with NIIT’s global, AI-enabled Managed Learning Services for Global 1000 companies. It also supports NIIT’s strategy to deepen client relationships by converting project-based engagements into long-term, outcome-driven managed learning partnerships across enterprise, association, and not-for-profit segments.
