Auris has launched a new earned wage access (EWA) feature. This allows employees to get a portion of their wages before payday through ZayZoon integration. All Auris customers can use this feature at no extra cost. Workers can withdraw earned income between pay cycles. Repayment is automatic through payroll deductions. The feature integrates fully into the Auris platform. Employers don’t need to set up anything new or change their payroll systems. This launch responds to rising financial stress among employees. Research shows many workers struggle with daily expenses. This affects productivity and retention.
