Volaris Group has announced the acquisition of Nydus Systems Informatica, a leading provider of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and payroll solutions for small to medium-sized businesses in Brazil. Headquartered in São Paulo, with a branch in Recife, Nydus has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative HR solutions tailored to the Brazilian market.

In addition to its software solutions, Nydus serves the BPO market with specialized payroll outsourcing services.
