Joy Metrics Rebrand Signals Shift to Predictive Workforce Analytics in Healthcare

Share

Joy Metrics, previously known as SE Healthcare, has renamed its brand to signify its growth to a predictive workforce analytics platform with the aim of supporting healthcare institutions. It is growing to serve the needs of health system leaders, moving away from its original purpose to address burnout. It is doing this to ensure leaders gain greater, real-time understandings of workforce strain, allowing them to take proactive steps to address the well-being of their employees. It is using predictive analytics to help leaders recognize the early stages of strain among nursing staff and other employees in the healthcare sector.

Unlike other survey-based approaches to wellness programs, the platform provides leaders with the intelligence they need to address the challenges facing the healthcare sector. It connects employees with the support they need through the Enrichment Center, which provides tools to reduce strain. “Health system leaders need early, reliable signals they can use to make better staffing and retention decisions,” said Greg Coticchia, CEO of Joy Metrics. “Joy Metrics is built to provide that clarity so nurses and other healthcare employees can spend more of their days practicing at the top of their license, and less time carrying preventable strain alone.”
