Netchex has launched OneScreen Payroll, a brand-new payroll experience that aims to give administrators more confidence, visibility, and control throughout the entire payroll process. The new product was announced from Covington, Louisiana, and is specifically designed for today’s modern, multi-location businesses that frequently experience challenges with fragmented systems, last-minute corrections, and unnecessary payroll stress.
For many years, payroll professionals have been faced with the frustrating task of gathering information from multiple screens and reports before actually running payroll, which has led to a greater risk of missed information and costly payroll errors. OneScreen Payroll changes all that by giving administrators real-time visibility into payroll readiness. Rather than finding out about problems after payroll is locked, administrators can now identify and fix them early on.
The heart of OneScreen Payroll is a single, intelligent dashboard that provides a centralized view of all data that impacts payroll. Timecards, PTO, missed punches, benefits, deductions, onboarding status, approvals, compliance checks, and exceptions are all offered in one view. A readiness bar shows the current status of payroll readiness, and smart alerts call out discrepancies or missing data before they become problems.

Administrators can also take actions from the dashboard—approving timecards in bulk, fixing problems, reminding managers to approve, and processing payroll without leaving the dashboard. The result is a more predictable, streamlined workflow that removes guesswork and reduces pressure on payroll day.
“I’m really looking forward to OneScreen Payroll,” said Joann Skiba from CKJ Management, LLC. “Having everything on one screen — especially for timecard corrections and last-minute payroll checks — is going to make my process even smoother.”
OneScreen Payroll is fully integrated with the overall Netchex solution, linking payroll to time and attendance, benefits, HR processes, onboarding, and compliance. This is a reflection of the Netchex strategy of not only reacting to problems but anticipating and solving them.
“With Netchex OneScreen Payroll, we have built the easiest to use payroll solution on the market and completely taken the guesswork and the panic out of payroll,” said Abhinav Agrawal, CEO of Netchex. “Admins can run payroll with absolute confidence, knowing everything is ready to go.”
OneScreen Payroll is now available to Netchex customers, with expanded rollout planned throughout the first quarter of 2026.
