Semos Cloud has unveiled Celebrate Inside Workday, a new application available on the Workday Marketplace that brings employee milestone celebrations directly into the flow of daily work. The launch strengthens Semos Cloud’s collaboration with Workday and reflects a growing focus on embedding meaningful employee experiences within core enterprise platforms.
Created as part of the Built on Workday program, Celebrate Inside Workday solves a problem that many organizations face: it’s easy to miss important events like birthdays, promotions, and work anniversaries when they’re scattered around emails, chat applications, and other systems. With Celebrate Inside Workday, the important events are front and center in Workday, making it easy to celebrate them.
The tool leverages the data from Workday Human Capital Management to automatically point out important moments for employees and allows managers and coworkers to share messages of celebration. This makes it easier for the organization to participate, and teams can celebrate together.

Celebrate Inside Workday is also integrated with the Rewards & Recognition platform provided by Semos Cloud. This enables organizations to expand milestone celebrations into recognition programs as the need arises. Organizations can begin with automated celebrations and then move to peer-to-peer recognition and rewards without adding complexity.
