ConcertAI, a leading oncology real-world evidence and AI SaaS technology company, has appointed Missy Jerome as Chief People Officer. In this strategic role, Jerome will lead the company’s workforce transformation, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, and culture initiatives to support ConcertAI’s growth across AI, technology, and life sciences disciplines.
Jerome will develop and scale people and organizational strategies that reinforce ConcertAI’s agile, mission-driven culture, emphasizing collaboration, inclusion, and innovation. She will also implement scalable structures to support global expansion, while advancing employee engagement, retention, and overall experience across teams.

Jerome brings nearly 15 years of human resources leadership experience, including roles at healthcare organizations such as athenahealth and Signature Healthcare. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network, where she led initiatives to enhance employee engagement, support the full employee lifecycle, and drive organizational performance.
