Pipefy Enhances HR Efficiency with AI Agents

Share

Pipefy, a leading process automation and AI-driven platform, has announced the integration of AI Agents into its HR solutions, offering organizations a more efficient way to manage tasks related to recruitment, compensation, and employee development. The new AI-powered tools are designed to automate routine processes, empowering HR teams to focus on strategic priorities.

These AI Agents operate autonomously to streamline workflows, making decisions in real time while ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Key applications include automated resume screening, candidate ranking based on hiring data, real-time analysis of employee feedback, and accelerated vacation request processing.

“When vacation requests are made in person or via email, it’s common for them to be forgotten or pushed to the bottom of the priority list,” said Daniela Catalan, CHRO at Pipefy. “That changes when HR teams use AI Agents, as they immediately recognize who the employee is, how many days off were requested, and forward the request directly to the manager for approval. It may seem like a simple task, but it creates a significant time-saving impact for the teams.”

In addition to launching its AI Agents for HR, Pipefy introduced a “Bring Your Own LLM” feature, allowing organizations to integrate their own generative AI models or third-party providers. This flexibility lets companies tailor their HR automation with models trained on internal policies—enabling the generation of personalized communications, onboarding schedules, and precise policy-based responses.

To date, Pipefy has developed over 200 AI Agents aimed at simplifying the daily tasks of HR professionals. By combining automation with human oversight, Pipefy positions HR departments to become more strategic and impactful while maintaining essential human judgment and direction.
