Comply Acquires Trailight to Build the Industry’s First Unified Global Compliance Platform

Comply, a leading provider of regulatory and compliance technology solutions, has acquired Trailight, the U.K.’s foremost provider of conduct risk, competence, and accountability management solutions, creating the industry’s first fully integrated firm and employee compliance platform. The acquisition strengthens Comply’s international presence, particularly in Europe, where demand for unified compliance systems continues to grow amid complex regulatory frameworks. “Over the past year, we’ve seen remarkable growth across Europe as firms seek to consolidate their compliance technology and gain greater transparency into both firm and employee obligations,” said Michael Stanton, CEO of Comply.
