Loxo, a leader in talent intelligence solutions, has introduced its new Natural Language Search (NLS), an AI-powered tool designed to simplify candidate sourcing by allowing recruiters to search using plain language instead of complex Boolean strings or rigid filters. This innovation eliminates common challenges in traditional search methods, such as steep learning curves and overly strict parameters that risk excluding qualified candidates. With NLS, recruiters can simply type what they are looking for, and the system interprets intent to deliver a broader and more relevant candidate pool, while still offering the option to refine results with Boolean logic or filters.

Recruiters can also search within their own CRM or across Loxo Source’s database of 1.2 billion professional profiles. “Loxo’s core purpose with Natural Language Search — and with our Talent Intelligence Platform as a whole — is to help minimize these challenges and make it easier for recruiters to focus on what they do best, which is building genuine relationships with people,” said Matt Chambers, Founder and CEO of Loxo. The launch follows other recent AI enhancements, including Loxo AI Notetaker and a growing set of AI agents, as part of the company’s roadmap to streamline recruiting workflows and improve productivity.
