At the core of the platform is Fountain Copilot, powered in part by Anthropic’s Claude models, which enables organizations to automate complex tasks through natural language prompts. From sourcing and hiring hundreds of workers to autonomously filling shifts and generating compliance reports, Copilot uses multiple AI agents to handle processes traditionally requiring significant human intervention.

McKinsey research estimates losing a single frontline retail worker costs nearly $10,000, underscoring the urgent need for smarter hiring and retention strategies.
Frontline OS integrates four core capabilities: Applications for hiring and scheduling, Automation for workflow orchestration, Intelligence for workforce analytics, and AI Agents like Copilot for routine task execution.
Early customer data points to significant efficiency gains, including up to 98% faster screening times, 50% higher employee retention, fivefold faster workflow deployments, and 60% fewer implementation hours.
