iHire has named Launi Vawter as its new Chief of Staff, reinforcing the company’s leadership structure as it continues expanding solutions for employers and job seekers. The announcement was made from Frederick, Maryland, where the organization is headquartered.
With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, Vawter will oversee several core operational functions while working closely with Steve Flook, serving as a strategic extension of the CEO’s office. Her responsibilities include guiding corporate operations across departments such as human resources, accounting, legal and compliance, and facilities management. In addition, she will help lead major business initiatives and contribute to broader strategic planning efforts.
As a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team, Vawter will also take on the role of Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors. Her duties will include coordinating executive communications and supporting high-priority projects aimed at improving operational alignment and organizational performance.

Before joining iHire, Vawter held several Executive Director roles within senior living and healthcare organizations, where she managed operations and led multidisciplinary teams. Based in Frederick, she holds an MBA and maintains professional credentials as a Licensed Assisted Living Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner.
