Deloitte has introduced its new Human Capital AI solution suite, designed to support organizations in navigating the evolving dynamics of the workforce in the era of artificial intelligence. The suite, which includes Workforce Analyzer and Workforce Planner+, aims to help businesses assess AI’s impact on tasks and roles, optimize strategic workforce planning, and accelerate operational efficiency by integrating advanced AI capabilities into human capital management.
Backed by Deloitte’s HR AI maturity model, diagnostic framework, and an expansive agentic AI workflow library, the suite equips HR and business leaders with tools to reimagine how work gets done. These solutions provide data-driven insights to streamline talent deployment, assess automation potential, and manage cost while fostering productivity and innovation.

Workforce Planner+ enables real-time labor planning using AI models trained on diverse signals, helping leaders evaluate role requirements, talent sourcing, and cost implications. Meanwhile, Workforce Analyzer uses generative AI to analyze workforce dynamics and identify opportunities for automation and strategic redeployment.
The platform also includes a comprehensive maturity model and diagnostic tool to benchmark against industry standards across six key dimensions: strategy, data, technology, governance, solution delivery, and workforce enablement. The workflow library offers more than 300 redesigned HR processes optimized for AI.
